Mr. Aguilera has over 29 years experience in finance, marketing, international
finance and administration. Having served as both a domestic and international
banker, his experience in administration has enabled him to help companies
achieve high levels of success. For approximately 10 years prior to his
employment by the Company, Mr. Aguilera served as a consultant in the medical
management field. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business from California
State University at Northridge and a Certificate of Medical Management from
the University of California at Los Angeles.
